Other websites give priority placement for a business based on the amount of money paid. The more money you pay, the higher your business appears in the listings.

At Top Local Experts, however, we let the customer decide. The better your customers rate you, the higher you appear in the listings. It’s simple and fair.

Below you will find a few of the guidelines regarding customer ratings and comments:

• All reviewers will be registered Top Local Experts (TLE) users.
• A reviewer must be a current or former customer in order to rate and review your business.
• All reviews must comply with our User Terms of Service (UTOS) Agreement. If you suspect that a user is in violation of the UTOS Agreement, you may notify us by clicking on “report this review”, found within the comment box.
• TLE will verify the identity of a reviewer that is suspected to be in violation of the UTOS Agreement.
• TLE reserves the right to remove a review that is in violation of the UTOS Agreement.
