Yes.  There is no charge for the public to view the service listings.

Q3. Do I have to register with Top Local Experts to use it?
No.  We do not require user registration to see the reviews.

Q4. Do I have to be a current or former customer of an expert in order to evaluate that expert?
Yes. The reliability of the evaluations on Top Local Experts is dependant upon this.

Q5. How is my privacy handled when I evaluate an expert?
Please read our privacy policy.  The personal information that you provide when evaluating an expert will not be posted on TopLocalExperts.com.  However, for verification purposes only, this information may be shared with the specific expert for which the evaluation is intended.
